I went to Thelma's employer's house today for a visit because she is going to leave us for London. Ps. her employer and his family is out for holidays in the Down Under.
By the way, Thelma worked for us as a maid for about 4 years about 11 years ago.
Actually, it has been real donkey years since i last met her. And ironically, i only get to meet her again when she is about to leave.
Thelma has never changed. She is still sweet, amiable and likable. In her eyes, we are still her sweet little darlings.

She baked a little cake for us for tea.

But the three of us have definitely changed over these few years. Well, at least we have all grown much taller than her.
Still, i know we all still love her.
Can't wait to join her in London if given the opportunity.

Another highlight of the day is the legendary house we went to. It is certainly not a flatter that i call it a legend.
Her employer's bungalow is one of the colonial houses left by the Britains.

And from the porch, i can see.... a SWIMMING POOL!!!!

And of the whole lot of houses there, the one that we stepped in is actually the most ancient. It was built back in 1905. In other words, the house was built more than a century ago. Isn't it amazing?
Also, I heard from thelma a lot of tourist buses do drive into this area for sightseeing and photo-taking. Right now, i feel really privileged to be able to enter the house.
