take-away from today:
amidst the long grueling 4 hrs researching for trends and figures of real estate investment in pension funds, i'm forced to learn 2 new dutch words.

real estate = eigendom
property = vastgoen

if anybody has to read the dutch annual reports and coincidentally has to research on portfolio theory, what i teach you today will definitely come useful.
So please take out your pens and notebook and write it down straightaway!

anyway, i was talking to this german guy from hamburg today.
i think he's called van.
and i think i said something very off to him.
"so do you eat a lot of hamburgers?"
all he did was to look at me in the eye blankly. ha!

to make me feel better, i went to do my research to verify my sentence.
there it goes:
